This romantic, luxurious Victorian house captures the matchless spirit of Texas Hill Country. Fresh flowers fill the house daily, and the aroma of homemade treats make any mouth water. Four buildings surround a garden with roses, topiaries, fountains, and beautiful old pecan trees. The lazy San Marcos River floats by only steps away. The full gourmet breakfasts are headliner events - Eggs Benedict, Bananas Foster crepes and raspberry French toast are the stars of these meals. The designer rooms have graced home and garden magazines, as well as numerous publications such as Country Inns, Southern Living, and USA Today. Another feature of the Inn are the horse-drawn carriage rides.

Turn left onto Northeast I-410 Loop, then merge onto I-410 East/I-410 Loop East via the ramp on the left. Merge onto I-35 North/US-81 North via the exit on the left toward Austin. Take Exit 204 toward TX-123 East/TX-82-Loop West/San Marcos/Seguin. Stay straight to go onto I-35 South, then turn left onto TX-123 North/TX-82 Loop North and continue to follow TX-82 Loop North. Turn left onto S LBJ Drive/S LBJ Street/TX-82 Loop North. Turn left onto RR 12/East Hopkins Street, and end at the property.
