Well-situated in the historical district of the town of Magog in the Eastern Townships, A Tout Venant has a long-standing reputation of excellence earned throughout its 15 years of welcoming guests from all over the World. The house, which was originally built in the 1800's and renovated extensively in the early 1920's, has since been customized into a B&B. The guests now enjoy their breakfast in the sunroom looking out into the flowery yard with its winged visitors or weather-permitting on the patio and the lawn surrounded by greenery. After a full day of activities or before a great meal, relax in front of the wood burning fireplace in the living room. In the summer, spend time in the shades of the peaceful yard and in the evening, enjoy the outdoor fire pit. A small kitchenette with a mini-fridge is available for the guests' usage. Tea, coffee and herbal tea are complimentary. Each morning, breakfast varies and includes a variety of fresh fruits and home cooked delights. The breakfast begins with a choice juices followed by tea, coffee, herbal tea or hot chocolate. Next comes, well, it's a surprise everyday] All breakfast are inspired by well-known International recipes.
All guestrooms have their own private bathroom. The rooms are decorated with antiques and flaunt their original charm. All the rooms were decorated by a talented local artist and include hand paintings that make each and every one of them very unique.

| 624 Bellevue Quest, Magog, QC - From Mirabel International Airport: Depart airport heading Southeast on Commerce A-3. Turn left onto Commerce A-4. Continue on QC-50 for 2.8 miles. Take the T-C Highway 15 for 21.4 miles. Take the ramp onto T-C Highway 40 and continue for 1.8 miles. T-C Highway 40 becomes QC-15, which you will continue to follow for 9.9 miles. QC-15 will become QC-10, which you will continue to follow for 69.3 miles. Take Exit 118. Turn right onto QC-141 and continue for 2.1 miles. Turn right onto QC-247. Turn left onto Smith Rue and follow until you come to the property.

The bike path is located right in front of the house and it is with pleasure that the inn offers a few bikes for borrowing.
