Located on the Delaware River, this 1812 inn provides a romantic escape close to nature and is surrounded by the forest, the mountains, the canal, and the river. The inn is only located thirty minutes from cities such as Easton, New Hope, Doylestown, and Flemington. It offers fine dining, wine and cocktails in their bar and lounge, live music, art shows, and a restaurant that has a Mediterranean influenced menu. Also available for guests are laundry facilities, ice machine, free local calls, complimentary breakfast, common library, business services, and the innkeepers stays on the premise. A porch, fireplace, massages (upon request) and ceiling fans are also a part of the inn.
The rooms are unique in their own way each with a view of the river that is striking in any season, the canal, and the farms of Hunterdon County which is on the opposite bank. | 2206 River Road, Upper Black Eddy, PA - From Newark Airport: Take the New Jersey Turnpike to exit 14 to Route 78 west. Follow I-78 west to exit #15. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Route 513 south for 11 miles into Frenchtown. Route 513 becomes Race Street. Follow Race Street as it becomes Bridge Street at the curve. Follow Bridge Street across the Delaware River into Pennsylvania. At the end of the Frenchtown Bridge, turn right onto Route 32 or River Road. Follow River Road to Indian Rock. The Indian Rock Inn will be on the left side.
