Location. Ideally positioned on the sunny south shore, the Castel Poipu Shores is located in the renowned Poipu Beach resort area in Kauai, Hawaii. Hotel Features. Perched atop a rocky cliff, the resort overlooks the blue waters of the Pacific. Turtles are daily visitors to the lava rocks that front the outdoor pool, and the property is flanked by lush tropical foliage.
