Location. Located in a condominium community on St. Simons Island, the ResortQuest Oceanwalk property is a comfortable stroll from the village, the pier and the beach. Massive live oaks draped with Spanish moss line the streets and walks, and sandy beaches skirt the island. A beautiful duck pond and fountain exist on the property, where visitors may also see the occasional turtle wandering about. Guests of the Oceanwalk will find the property convenient to many attractions and activities like golfing, boating and kayaking.
Hotel Features. The ResortQuest Oceanwalk features many modern amenities including a fitness center, two pools, a playground and two tennis courts. Barbeque grills are located on-site and there is a whirlpool for guest use.
Guestrooms. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos are marked by unique design, exceptional accommodations and quality furnishings. Each of the units features a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, coffeemaker, dishwasher, microwave oven and range. Washers and dryers are located in each unit as are telephones with voice mail. All condos are air-conditioned and maintain cable television and balconies or patios.
Resort Oceanwalk provides great amenities and comfortable accommodations on of Georgia's largest barrier islands.
Expert Tip. Go bird watching by kayak. Over 70% of Georgia's bird species can be seen in the sea islands while paddling through the marshlands, small rivers and tidal creeks.
Guests under 25 years of age are not allowed on property unless married or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. There must be one parent or legal guardian for every two persons under age 25. Chaperoned groups are not permitted. Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit/rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
A damage waiver charge of $50 is collected at check-in.
Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition.
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges.

Start out going west on Airways Avenue toward Patrick S. Graham drive.
Merge onto Interstate 95 South/GA-405 South via the ramp on the left.
Take the GA-25-Spur/North Golden Isles Parkway exit/Exit 38 toward US-17/Brunswick.
Turn left onto Interstate 95 Alt S/GA-25 Spur S/N Golden Isles Parkway/Golden Isles Veteran Memorial Parkway.
Turn slightly right onto US-17 South/GA-25 South/Ocean Highway.
Turn left onto FJ Torras Causeway (portions toll).
Enter next roundabout and take first exit onto Kings Way.
Turn left onto Delegal Street.
Turn right onto Leake Street.
Turn right onto Mallory Street.
To check in at St. Simons Grand, located at 1400 Ocean Boulevard: Once on Kings Way, proceed straight through two traffic lights.
After the second light, Kings Way becomes Ocean Boulevard.
Continue on Ocean Boulevard approximately two miles.
The entrance to the St. Simons Grand is located on the right.
