Location. This extraordinary oceanfront condominium community is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on St. Simons Island, the largest in a chain of nine barrier islands off Georgia's southern coast. Just a short walk from the property is the historic Coast Guard Station. Beautifully landscaped grounds and over 300 days of sunshine per year add to the natural ambience of the island, which is dotted with mossy oaks and belted by sandy beaches. St. Simons offers a plethora of recreational activities. From bicycle rides and nature walks, to golf and tennis, to fishing and boating, there is something for just about everyone.
Hotel Features. Guests enter through private gates and enjoy complimentary parking. Other features include an outdoor pool, a whirlpool and direct beach access.
Guestrooms. Each of the air-conditioned condo-style units contains three-bedrooms and three-bathrooms. Balconies and patios provide stunning views of the ocean, and each apartment has a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, coffeemaker and dishwasher. Other amenities include cable television, telephones and laundry machines.

Expert Tip. Rent a beach cruiser and ride the low-tide strands and bike paths to most of St. Simon's landmarks.

Start out going west on Airways Avenue towards Patrick S. Graham Drive.
Merge onto Interstate 95 South/GA-405 South, via the ramp on the left.
Take the GA-25 Spur/N Golden Isles Parkway Exit 38 toward US-17/Brunswick.
Turn left onto Interstate 95 ALT S/GA-25 Spurs S/N Golden Isles Parkway/Golden Isles Veteran Memorial Parkway.
Turn slightly right onto US-17 S/GA-25 S/Ocean Highway.
Turn left onto FJ Torras Causeway (portions toll).
Enter next roundabout and take the second exit onto Demere Road.
Turn left onto East Beach Causeway.
East Beach Causeway becomes 1st Street East.
