ResortQuest Beach Club is a gated oceanfront community on St. Simons Island, Ga., a virtual mecca of American colonial history. The St. Simon's Lighthouse, which still guides ships into the harbor while standing guard over the village, is a short one-mile walk from the property. The shopping district of St. Simons, featuring unique shops and boutiques, and eateries, is about a ten-minute walk. Guests will also have plenty of opportunities on St. Simons for golfing, fishing, biking, sailing, and even crabbing.
Stately oak trees and tropical foliage provide a dramatic entry into this four-story oceanfront condominium complex, with direct beach access.
The extensive amenities include an oceanside pool with a separate wading pool for children, two hot tubs situated in a lush courtyard, community barbecue grills, tennis court, bicycle rentals, and a business center with high-speed Internet access.
Each two-bedroom condominium features a partial view of the ocean, and/or a view of the property's courtyard. All of the residences have a unique design, with quality furnishings, designer appointments, top-of-the-line fully equipped kitchens, living and dining area, and private balcony. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Guests under 25 years of age are not allowed on property unless married or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. There must be one parent or legal guardian for every two people under 25. Chaperoned groups are not permitted. Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit/rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any condition. Many boarding kennels are available in the local area. Recreational vehicles, personal watercraft and RVs are not permitted on the rental property.
A damage waiver charge of $50 is collected at check-in.

Start out going west on Airways Avenue toward Patrick S. Graham Drive.
Merge onto I-95 S / GA-405 S via the ramp on the left.
Take the GA-25-SPUR / N Golden Isles Parkway exit, Exit 38, toward US-17 / Brunswick.
Turn left onto I-95 ALT S / GA-25 SPUR S/ N Golden Isles Parkway / Golden Isles Veteran Memorial Parkway.
Make a slight right turn onto US-17 S / GA-25 S / Ocean Highway.
Turn left onto FJ Torras Causeway (portions toll).
Enter next roundabout and take first exit onto Kings Way.
Kings Way becomes Ocean Boulevard. Continue to property.
Guests arriving prior to 6 p.m. should proceed to the gate and follow directions for entry. Please see check-in instructions for the number to call for directions. Guests arriving after 6 p.m. will check in with property patrol at the entrance.
