The 500 apartments spread over a range of properties are decorated in a typical mountain-style with wooden beams, pine furnishings and tiled floors. Apartments open out onto balconies and are complete with fully-equipped kitchenettes, and private bathrooms with tubs or showers.
The company can organize ski passes, lessons, and equipment hire. Guests can start the day with an extensive buffet breakfast (for a fee). The residences also offer free onsite parking and guests can catch the free shuttle bus into the centre of the resort. Chatel is in the Franco-Swiss ski area called the Portes du Soleil, which is one of the largest in Europe, and has over 400 miles of ski slopes served by 208 ski-lifts.
