Location. Coconut Villas is located in Redington Shores, Fla., midway between St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach on the barrier island separating the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. The Beach Trolley is available every half hour, and across the street are the Redington Fishing Pier and the beach. Miles of wide sandy beaches and emerald waters offer opportunities for swimming, fishing, boating and other water activities. Shopping, restaurants and the world-famous John's Pass Village are minutes away.
Hotel Features. This newly renovated boutique condo resort is beautifully landscaped, and features a crystal-blue heated freeform pool with a brick sundeck. On-site parking is free. Laundry facilities are available.
Guestrooms. The beach cabana-style units offered at Coconut Villas feature "Tommy Bahama"-style furnishings, and are equipped with full kitchens with refrigerators, full stoves, microwaves, coffeemakers with complimentary coffee, blenders, toasters, and cookware.
