Beowulf Farm Bed & Breakfast is situated on a 10-acre equestrian training centre surrounded by manicured lawns and gardens, just minutes from the center of Victoria, British Columbia. This central location is close to all major attractions, including the Inner Harbor, Parliament buildings, and Butchart Gardens, and only 15 minutes from both BC ferries and the airport. The guesthouse is situated adjacent to a small lake and adjoins an 18-kilometer hiking trail.
Guests can choose from three rooms in a 3,000-square-foot antique-filled private guesthouse, and will have access to the living room, family/library room with fireplace, gardens, pastures, and equestrian centre. The 125-foot deck with southwestern exposures offers views of the Blenkinsop valley and Olympic Mountain. Guests can also watch the show-jumping horses or dressage show horses in the outdoor riding ring from the deck or from viewing areas at the indoor ring.
The Beowulf Farm offers a complimentary farm-fresh gourmet breakfast and freshly squeezed orange juice, and can cater to special dietary needs. Guests can also request breakfast in bed. Other on-site amenities include laundry facilities and movie library.
Each guestroom features a unique bed and floor plan. Guests can stay in a room with an antique king bed with a sitting area overlooking lawns, gardens, fields and outdoor riding ring, or a room with a 150-year-old cherry wood bedroom suite with a queen bed, which overlooks the front gardens, lawns and pasture. There is also a room with a queen sleigh bed and large bathroom across the hall with a jetted tub, which overlooks gardens and pastures. Cable television and direct-dial telephones with voice mail are also provided.

Travel south on Hwy 17.
Exit at Royal Oak Drive.
Turn left at the traffic light.
TraveleEast on Royal Oak Drive for 2.5 miles.
Turn right onto Blenkinsop Road.
Travel approximately 3/4 mile and look for Beowulf Farm B&B sign (just past the golf driving range entrance).
Turn right into the driveway.
Park car in front of the first garage door (right door).
Take the stairs to the entrance.
Guests will first be greeted by Jessie, a very friendly farm dog.
