Location. The Best Western Bay View Suites are located one-half mile from Cabbage Beach on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. Located just off the northern shore of Nassau, Paradise Island is home to the massive Atlantis Paradise Island Resort and Casino. Atlantis features a spa, a nightclub, a comedy club, a shopping arcade and more than a dozen restaurants. Vegas-style revues, fantastic white sand beaches and beautiful foliage dot the island, which is connected to New Providence by bridge.
Hotel Features. Three pools are located on the property and are surrounded by sundecks with lounge chairs and umbrella tables. There is a mini-market on site where guests can purchase groceries, and breakfast and lunch can be found at the Hibiscus Terrace Restaurant and Pool Bar. Internet access is available in public areas and the multilingual staff can assist with business services and tour assistance. A picnic area with barbeque grills is also located on the property.
Guestrooms. The resort offers suites and villas, all with private balconies overlooking the gardens and furnished with outdoor dining sets. Barbeque grills are available on the balcony for a surcharge, as are VCRs and Internet access. Cable television is standard and features North American channels. All units feature kitchens with refrigerators and microwave ovens.
Expert Tip. The Dig at Atlantis Resort evokes the lost world of Atlantis. The labyrinth has a series of windows inhabited by sharks and other deep-sea creatures, as well as displays of "inventions" and hieroglyph-style writings of the lost citizens of Atlantis.
Secluded and secure, Bay View Suites provide congenial surroundings for a relaxed holiday. All suites are air conditioned and are comprised of a living room with dining area, kitchen with microwave, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony or patio.
