Location. Located on Silver Point Beach, five miles from the Grand Bahama International Airport, the Island Seas Resort is convenient to shopping, dining and nightlife. Two miles from the Port Lucaya Marketplace and just three from the International Bazaar, the resort enjoys a beachfront location with easy access to many of the islands most popular areas and attractions. Freeport and Lucaya were designed with tourism in mind, and there exist many duty-free shops and unique wares from around the globe. The sunny, white sand beaches are a tropical treat, inviting and unspoiled. Entertainment isn't far away, with casinos, nightclubs, theme parks and plenty of natural attractions and outdoor recreation located on the island. Charter boats book deep-sea fishing expeditions, and there are opportunities available for swimming with dolphins and sharks. Snorkeling and scuba diving are a great way to explore some of the worlds loveliest coral reefs and indigenous marine life, with Deadman's Reef on the island's west end being a popular spot. Lucayan National Park is famous for its limestone caves which provide a fantastic opportunity for spelunking.
Hotel Features. The resort features a 150-foot long freeform pool with a swim-up bar and a waterfall adjacent to a seven-person jetted tub. Massages are offered in an open-air cabana and the fitness room contains free weights and an exercise bike. Laundry facilities are located on site, and the helpful staff provides concierge services. A computer with high- speed Internet access is available in the lobby.
Guestrooms. Each of the condo-style units features a balcony or patio and a full kitchen. Other amenities include cable television and in-room safes.
Expert Tip. Every Friday night is 'Bahamian Culture Evening' at Count Basie Square, named for the famed swing-scene band leader. This complimentary show features Bahamian music, dancing and lots of surprises.

Start out going east on Queens Cove Drive to the traffic circle.
Turn south on Mall Drive and proceed through downtown (approximately two miles).

Travel one-and-one-half miles to Beachway Drive and turn right.
Turn left onto Silver Point Drive.
Island Seas Resort will be on the right hand side.
