The cottages are only 200 yards from the mile-long beach of Dickenson Bay, where guests will find some of the island's finest water sports, restaurants, bars, and entertainment. It is also adjacent to the Rex Halcyon Beach Resort, where guests will have access to the facilities, including flood lit tennis courts (for a fee). The property has its own swimming pool and barbecue area in a peaceful and private hillside garden. Babysitting services can be arranged at the front desk for a charge. Complimentary beach towels are available at the front desk, with a charge to replace a lost towel. Laundry service is available for a charge. Safety deposit boxes are available in each unit for a daily or weekly charge.
All cottages are air-conditioned and have fully equipped kitchens, cable television, direct-dial telephone, and balcony or patio. An in-room safety deposit box is available for a daily charge of $3 US or a weekly charge of $15 US. Bottled water is available for a charge at the front office. | Dickenson Bay, St. John's, Antigua - From V.C. Bird International Airport: Once on the main road, continue along to four-way stop (US Airforce Base on left) and take a left turn. Continue on for about 1/4 mile to the next junction and follow the asphalt road which makes a 90 degree turn (the other roads at the junction are dirt roads). Continue along this main road for a few miles past Jabberwock Beach and Sunsail Club Colonna, through a village with a large speed bump, to a large two-story yellow house on the left. Turn right at the yellow house towards Dickenson Bay. As the road winds down, look for a dark blue framed sign with Dickenson Bay Cottages and their logo on it, on the right-hand side. Park anywhere along the road and come up the stairs. The office is at the top corner of property.
